Why do you drive a manuel transmission ?

You are absolutely correct Stel. According to Sheldon Brown, Director of toyota's 4th generation Tacoma, he got more feedback from access cab Taco owners telling him to get rid of the suicide doors in the rear so they have much more work space and cargo space. And they listened.

I see Tex. To tell the truth, putting groceries or whatever in the back is kind of a pain with the suicide doors. You must open the front door, and leave it at least partially open so the back door can open - and that's not in the right direction with your items behind it in a cart. I usually end up putting them on the passenger's seat, or the bed if weather and items permit,

Exactly. Iv'e owned access cabs/extended cabs and I never got used to doors that open backwards.
