Wont start after stalling

2018 taco, 40000km standard, if i stall my engine, restarting it is very hard, it will turn forever before it goes again, i have tried with gaz no gaz on off on the key and it still does it. Went to the dealer and they told me to give it gaz, it doesn’t work, feel like it is flooded. Any one else have this issue and how was it fixed?

You should still be able to get free towing if that's offered where you live.
