Yeah it is! I can tell you something really idiotic on that front! They literally hire kids just out of high school in the 18-20 age range then within just a few months time they make those damn kids supervisor! Damn supervisors and some managers look like they just hit puberty last week!

I was told the same here when I started racing motocross more seriously just turning 18. A school friend was on our same club team that worked for ups. He was only 17, or 18 at the time. Said ups sucks, but he made more money working for them then I ever could at the job I had. At least I had a boss that treated his employees fairly, and not just a piece of chit.
