needing a new MT clutch procedure

i do not favour the crop they are pushing out there in the present...
it pure jank

Buy from another auto manufacture then. Toyota isn't the only fish in the lake. I ran into a ford maverick owner the other week...they love their little ford.

Btw, just want to say how good my 2020 tacoma has been...the longer I have it, you appreciate how much better all-round it is vs the gen1 tundra I once had.

i looked at a Canyon...very stylish!!
but the bed rails are just too damned high cannot reach over and palm it let alone finger it and i need to be able to reach into the bed and grab stuff with zero hassle zero fukks
+ No MT available... BIG minus there
and do not need the 4 door

i ran into the VP director at the local Yota dealer this past week
he was admiring that gen2 single cab i brought in to check on the cooling bypass pipe swap procedure
..wanted to know if it was a 4wd or not

so i asked him when are they (Toyota) ever going to make the smaller uncomplicated pickups, go back to the roots
he agreed and said there are SO MANY PEOPLE OUT THERE COMING IN WITH THE SAME ???S
THEY DO NOT WANT NOR NEED SOME BIGASS 4 DOOR PICKUP WITH ALL THIS hi-tech NANNY BS ELECTRONICS
JUST SOMETHING SIMPLE AND EASY TO MAINTENANCE is all they need

I'm hearing just the opposite here. Toyota is listening to what the younger mass's are requesting. They love all the new electronic bs, and want more of it. You'll never eliminate the nanny stuff unless you eliminate the insurance companies. They're trying as hard as possible to cut down on accident costs saving drivers from themselves.
I don't know who you've been listening to, but thats the way it is currently. Americans like their larger trucks, so I don't see them downsizing to any extent. You might see some smaller vehicles in the future offered, but be assured the nanny bs, and other electronics aren't going away.
