the climate crisis...

Been clear, and cold here in the northeast. At least we had a white christmas that a cold front came through leaving us with a dusting.

Just came back from doing a couple errands...my tacoma temp gauge never came up to mid way like it normally does.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — All-time record snowfall blanketed the Mobile area on Tuesday.

Footage from Noah Scheeler shows the campus of the University of South Alabama draped in a thick winter coat, as snow continued to fall in the region.

With a record of 6.2 inches of snow accumulation at Mobile Regional Airport, Tuesday’s snowfall broke the all-time record for the region, 130 years after a previous record of six inches whitened the south Alabaman city in 1895, the NWS said.

A winter storm warning will remain in effect until Wednesday morning.

did not realise it got so cold in that CT
wow.
It does when your as far northwest in the state as I am. Along the coast, it's like 10-15 degrees warmer in the winter, and cooler in the summer due to the ocean.
Yeah, saw on the news the kids sledding in the snow in Ala....I think they got more snow than here.

definitely more snow than what has come down in most all of IOWA this whole season
it is a barren dirty desert here
