Thanks man I️ appreciate your help
Wheels for the 285/75/16 you’ll want 0 or -6 offset and I’d look for ones that are 16x8 or 16x8.5” I wouldn’t go wider than 8.5” the tire bead gets weaker the wider you go.Thanks man I️ appreciate your help
Welcome to the forum. What up all...
I am trying to run 17x8.5 6x5.5 with 0 offset and 4.75 backspacing on a stock sr5 2wd...with 265 70 r17 tires. Will this setup work without a lift? If not, what adjustments do I need to make??
I ran 265/70/17 on my Taco 16. They we're as big as I could go without rubbing and with my stock TRD sport wheels. Once I upgraded to 17" pro comps the rubbing began and I lifted 2.25 in the front and kept the rear stock. How about 265/60/18 what is the max size without lifting the truck, let me know...thank you
Welcome to the forum.
Yes it will be fine. Let’s see some pictures.
Those will fit. They are just a little wider. The 0 offset should help the tire clear the UCA.Some folks say it’ll be close....what if I did a 275 65 r17 instead...
You'd have to do cutting. Otherwise it's do ableSome folks say it’ll be close....what if I did a 275 65 r17 instead...
If you want bigger tires with no lift. 265/70/17 I have falken wild peaksWhat you think would be safest without cutting...

Or with 3" lift you can run 33"s fine
6" lift 35"s.
Either one will work without cutting. The 265/70/17 is 31.6”x10.4”What you think would be safest without cutting...
How your tires are staying on your rims is a miracle.I'm currently running 265/70/17 on 17x12.5 pro comp vertigo's, and a pro comp 2.25" lift in the front.
Later on when I deem it necessary I'll upgrade to 33s.
According to 4wheel parts it's the biggest I could go lol I have now problems with themHow your tires are staying on your rims is a miracle.
