Just got a call from my new lawyer....big pow wow dec 5th, gotta be at city hall for some meeting relating to my shop. My lawyer indicated the mayor, and her cronies still want the building, and may force me to get that phase 2 test on the property. I don't see how they can do that, I'm not forcing them to buy it. They can walk away if they don't like my answer.

They're gonna try to muscle you. Suggest you have a visit with your lawyer before the meeting. Remember, you don't have to sell to a particular buyer.
